Compassion

Compassion,
The word haunted me,
What did I know could I show compassion?
Did it show through me?
I talked to my parents, grandparent, and other wise people,
Finally I figured it out,
I need to find out for myself,
I thought and thought for years,
Finally it came,
Compassion is love, sympathy, and help with action,
Finally I know what is compassion.
